Here are some things I believe you should know about me and how they impact the way I can support you.

  • I have lived experience of having ADHD and getting a ‘late’ diagnosis in my 30’s.

  • I understand that facing health and wellness challenges can be deeply personal and multifaceted. 

  • I’ve worked with many individuals who have faced similar challenges as I have faced, whether it’s struggling with physical health issues, managing stress, bereavement or navigating living with ADHD. This experience helps me empathise with your struggles and understand your unique needs with genuine understanding and compassion. 

  • I believe in tailoring solutions to fit individual circumstances, which is why I trained in integrative counselling. I know that what works for one person may not work for another.

  • I aim to build a supportive and non-judgmental relationship with my clients. I understand that making changes can be difficult, and I’m here to provide encouragement and guidance every step of the way.
