With over ten years of experience supporting people’s health and wellbeing and lived experience of ADHD, I understand how exhausting it can be when daily life feels overwhelming and stressful. Like many of my clients, I’ve faced challenges such as maintaining motivation, feeling stuck, navigating loss and juggling different aspects of life. Drawing on both my personal journey and professional experience, I’m more able to connect with your experiences with empathy, compassion and genuine understanding.
Over the years, I’ve supported people with depression, anxiety and disordered eating as well as long-term physical health conditions. I understand how these difficulties often overlap, especially with neurodiversity and how easily they can impact self-esteem, sleep, relationships and daily functioning.
My approach is holistic, integrative and tailored to your unique needs, because everyone’s journey is different. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are, without masking, pressure or expectation. Together, we can make sense of your past and current experiences and the ways being neurodivergent may have shaped how you think, feel and move through the world. As this understanding grows, you’ll be better able to navigate life’s challenges with more confidence, self-compassion and resilience.
