As an integrative counsellor, my role is to help clients avoid getting stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, whether those are emotional, cognitive, or behavioral.
Guidance on developing and maintaining healthy habits, including strategies to overcome obstacles, manage stress, and stay motivated.
I understand what it means to be 'burnout' with a high workload so am always cautious with my recommendations so that they can fit that client’s lifestyle.

Integrative therapy is a holistic approach that takes into account your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. We use a combination of Nutritional Therapy, Functional Medicine, Counselling skills and Coaching and select the best methods and tailor them to the individual. Our combined approach has been tried and tested and yields the very best results.
The approach is adapted to each client’s specific concerns as there is no one theory that holds the magic answer, rather it is the combination of different modalities that is most effective.
You will most likely have a session every 2 weeks. This helps you to keep on track and make good progress whilst leaving you time for all of the other important things in your life.
