NUTRITIONAL THERAPY & COUNSELLING

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is the holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Through personalised dietary advice and lifestyle support, clients can reach their health goals once and for all. Nutritional therapy considers the potential underlying causes of health conditions rather than focusing on matching a pharmaceutical medication to a symptom.

Each body system is interconnected, so with nutritional therapy, the client's health as a whole is considered rather than looking at only one area of the body.  The focus is always on the individual client, so the advice is personalised rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Nutritional therapists take into account your previous health history , future health goals and dietary preferences.

How can Nutritional Therapy help conditions?

Nutritional therapy can help with a wide range of conditions such as digestive issues, skin conditions, weight management, obesity, hair loss and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. The reason why it can help with such a wide range of health issues is that the person is looked at holistically, meaning all systems in the body are worked on and improved. This is why after working with a nutritional therapist the client will often find their symptoms start to go away one by one. For example, as the digestive health of a person improves, we often see remarkable changes in skin health and so on.

How do I approach Nutritional Therapy & Counselling treatment?

I ensure my plans are sustainable and achievable as I take into account stress in that person’s life and I tend to work with women who have busy schedules. I believe that small changes make a big difference and life is about balance.

I offer a multi-faceted service incorporating elements of counselling, NLP(Neuro-Linguistic programming), coaching, functional medicine and nutritional therapy. My services are suitable for anyone feeling stuck, wanting to move forward more confidently in life and be the best version of themselves.

What service do I offer & who it would be suitable for?

I work on a Nutritional Therapy & Counselling package only basis so it would be suitable for someone who wants to make a real change in their life and begin a health journey rather than someone looking for a quick fix or fad diet.  Women only.

 KIND WORDS

Zara has been amazing to work with! She is easy to talk to, understanding and listens intently. I came to her with gut issues which had led to acne and weight gain and I’m happy to say that not only have my gut issues significantly improved so has my skin! I will continue to see Zara and highly recommend you do too.

Since starting my health journey with the clinic since the beginning of last year, I have come through leaps and bounds, which I couldn't have done without the help from my practitioner Zara. Through diet and supplements, I have been able to 'naturally' improve my thyroid and adrenal health, without the need for pharmaceutical drugs which is very important to me. I have consistently received great support and service and couldn't recommend the clinic highly enough!

I highly recommend visiting this clinic. Both my happiness and health has improved immensely with my practitioner Zara, and I can only thank her for all of her patience with me. Zara has such a kind and considerate heart, her approach is one that is so understanding and highly expert with her knowledge. I’ve felt so comfortable throughout my sessions and gained a huge insight into my own health and diet, which in turn, has helped me both physically and mentally. Thank you LCON team and Zara for your kindness and help throughout my journey!
